Common Side Effects

Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS) — Important Warning

OHSS is the most clinically significant risk associated with Menotrophin therapy. The higher 150 IU dose may increase the risk of excessive ovarian response compared to the 75 IU preparation, making careful monitoring throughout the stimulation cycle essential. Mild OHSS is relatively common and self-limiting.
